Come and join us at the East of England Show at Beechwood Equestrian Centre on Sunday 9th October!
We are delighted to have Mr Jay Holland as our judge this year. Entries open on 18th July until 25th August, with 140 places available. Farms will be able to submit numbers initially during this period and then make a final selection of the alpacas they wish to enter from 1st September until 18th September. Make sure that you get your entries in quickly as entries will close when full!
Entry fees are £31.20 for EAG members, or £36 for non-members (prices include BAS show levy and VAT on the levy). Grassroots will collect the full amount and EAG members will be refunded the difference by EAG. A compulsory pen cleaning fee of £40 will be charged, but will be refunded if your pen is cleaned before you depart the show. Electric hook up fee is £35. Pen cleaning and electric hook up fees will be invoiced directly by EAG – treasurer@easternalpacagroupuk.org.
Arrivals are on 8th October between 3pm and 5pm. Arrivals must be on the day before the show unless there are exceptional circumstances.
