The EAG Halter Show for 2020 has had to be CANCELLED
The third EAG Autumn Halter Show, the only alpaca halter show to be held in East Anglia, will be on Sunday 18th October 2019.
Once again it will be held at Beechwood Equestrian Centre – all our exhibitors and visitors agreed that it is a great venue!
Once again we will super opportunities for sponsors: without sponsors there wouldn’t be a show and we are grateful to everyone who helps in this way.
Venue: Beechwood Equestrian Centre, The Wheatsheaf Centre, Main Road, Rettendon Common, Chelmsford, Essex, CM3 8DY.
Date: Alpacas to arrive Saturday 17th, Judging will be on Sunday 18th October 2020
Judge: TBA
Open to the public on Sunday 18th October 9am to 5pm Free entry. No dogs allowed as strange dogs will stress the alpacas.
Entry fee: TBA
Entries Open: 1st August 2020. Once open, entries can be made through the BAS website, ‘manage my herd’ section.
Entries Close: TBA
Fan electric: TBA per hook up which allows a maximum of 3 fans
There will be a compulsory Pen clean up charge, this saves you having to clean out your pen after the show finishes. However, if the pen is cleaned before you leave & hurdles dismantled, you will be refunded.
There is a cafe at Beechwood, which is open all day Sunday and there will be a light evening meal with a pub quiz on Saturday evening (must be booked in advance).
