Birthing Workshop 2nd April 2016
A Birthing Workshop was held on 2nd April 2016 at 10pm at Butlers Farm, Willingale, Ongar, Essex, CM5 0QL. This was a full days workshop with camelid expert Karin Mueller covering all aspects of pregnancy, birthing and caring for the newborn.

A great evening was had by the members of the Eastern Alpaca Group on Friday evening at the Highwayman Inn. Lots of alpaca chat, good food, good company and finishing the evening off with a quiz won by David and Sally Berry.
EAG’s first event – grass management and fleece skirting
Our first event on Saturday 19th September 2015 at Woodbine Farm Alpacas was a great success with 36 people attending. Chris Keeble discussed grass management in the morning and Jo Bridge with Emma Taylor took us through the complexities of fleece skirting for showing and for processing.
Inaugral social event launches EAG
June 2015 The new Eastern Alpaca Group was launched on Sunday 7th June 2015 with a social event. Over 20 people attended the event. Thank you to everyone that attended and especially those that travelled a long distance.
